  • 6 oz lean sirloin steak

Directions

Step 1. Prepare the Oven Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2. Roast the Vegetables Place the asparagus, Brussels sprouts, and sweet potatoes on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes, turning halfway through, until the vegetables are tender and lightly caramelized.
